Cancellation, Return and Replacemen
Cancellation before product shipment
Order cancellations due to personal reasons will only be accepted if you contact us before the product is shipped. We may also cancel the order if it is difficult to ship the product due to the characteristics of the product.
Cancellation after product shipment
Please note that we cannot accept cancellations or changes after the product has been shipped.
Return and Replacement
Regarding food products, due to the nature of the product, we cannot accept returns or exchanges because of the customer's personal reasons.
Please be sure to check the product after it arrives.
If the delivered product is different from what you ordered or is damaged, please contact us using the inquiry form within 7 days of receiving the product, stating the order number and the reason for the return or replacement.
However, please note that we cannot accept returns, exchanges, or refunds in the following cases.
Products that cannot be returned or replacement
- ・Food and perishables
- ・Products that have passed more than 8 days since the product arrived
- ・Used products
- ・discounted products
- ・Products purchased outside of our online shop
- ・Products such as gifts where the source or time of purchase is unknown
- ・Products that were not delivered due to the absence of the customer and were returned to us after the storage period expired
- ・In the case of returns or replacements other than product defects, products whose main body, package, or accessories are damaged or missing
In the case of a return or exchange due to customer's convenience, the shipping fee for returning the product will be borne by the customer.
However, in the case that the product is different from what you ordered or is damaged, we will replace or return the product at our expense.
